Haven in Tokyo vol. 2

The places you can stop by and get rest for free - we call them “Haven in Tokyo."

Here's our recommendation vol. 2: Garden Terrace at Shin-Marunouchi Building which is directly connected to Tokyo station.

The Terrace wraps around the restaurants on the 7th floor. You don't need to eat at a restaurant to enter the Terrace and use wooden tables and sofas.

Taking a rest under the shade of trees, feeling cool breeze on your face... it's a comfortable little place perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of Tokyo! 

Note that no food/ drinks are allowed on the Terrace unless they are purchased from the restaurants inside the building: please enjoy their takeout menus.

"KITTE Garden," a rooftop garden on the 6th floor of "KITTE" also offers the great view of Tokyo station from a different angle. It would be fun to visit both and see the difference!
